Traveling amidst the COVID 19 pandemic & how we ensure a safe and stress-free experience in Africa.

Highly Experienced Hosts

Our expedition leaders are not only experts on Africa's wildlife and cultures, but are up to date on each country's COVID 19 regulations and requirements. We ensure you are well equipped and cared for on your journey.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

There are sections of your Safari that may require you to wear PPE such as a face mask. We will keep you closely informed as to when you can remove the mask and when it should be worn. We also recommend you bring your own PPE such as a mask and gloves.

On-call Assistance

Our Office is always available in case you have any queries or issues along the way. We have great relationships with our ground handlers and officials in each country and can get you out of trouble wherever and if ever needed.

In-country PCR testing

We organise hassle-free PCR testing if it is a requirement to exit the country you visit. We will guide you throughout the process, and make sure you get home safe and sound.

Health & Safety Procedures

All our partners and expeditions leaders practice rigorous health and safety procedures to ensure our clients' safety when it comes to COVID 19. Whether camps, lodges, restaurants or transfers we, only use responsible outfitters.

Social Responsibility

Although in a safari jeep it is difficult to stay far apart from each other, we ensure the outfitters we work with follow recommended procedures to prevent COIVD 19 from being an uninvited guest. Leaving us free to enjoy the fresh air whilst cruising down the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that at this stage, unforeseen changes can occur and mean you are unable to make it on to your safari. In this case, we recommend postponing your safari so you can still make the most of it in the near future! We will do our best to make sure there are no extra costs, but please bear in mind that when we design a safari we involve partners on the ground who may change their prices.

If you cannot postpone your safari and wish to cancel it, we will refund you in accordance to our booking terms and conditions ( summary below).

Note that if our trusted ground handlers have already received their deposit, we will be subject to their cancellation policies and will refund accordingly where possible.
